it to build it. And that's tempered by the fact that I found a
good used engine, prop, and mount with 116 hours on it for $8500.
Had I got a new engine it would have added another 8 to 10k to the
cost.
The market is down on all used aircraft right now because of the
economy. And I'm sure many are a forced sale where they're desperate
for the money. When you see the price of most LSA's out there at or
above $100k .. a SP eligible plane like the Tornado is a heck of
a bargain.
