I desperately need to make a rear panel for my Titan II. Could you describe your panel construction in a little more detail, such as materials and the attachment points.

As we've been getting more of our upgrades completed on our 2S, I thought some of you might like to see them for ideas on your next projects.
In addition to the new rear seat, we just finished the new aft cabin panel that is screwed securely to the fuselage tubing via riveted clips and tinnerman nuts. It is two-piece with a slip-joint between the upper and lower halves and a hinged door held shut by magnets. It is covered with naugahide over 1/4" foam pad, and th elower portion is carpeted, beginning with the A-shaped hat to make sure the seat doesn't deform the panel. Ths slip-joint through is virtually invisible due to the carpet texture.
We have also eliminated all vinyl plackards for Experimental, 'Solo from front seat only', and the passenger warning, and replaced them with embroidered text in the side carpeting and panel above the aft cabin window.
I have posted pictures in the Panos folder in the Titan group. I'll keep 'em coming as we get through this massive upgrade project.
