[Titanaircraft] Buying a used Titan Tornado ll airplane

I,m new to this group.
I,m looking to buy a used Titan Tornado ll.
I will want a four stroke engine in the plane.
What are the advantages of the Rotax 912 vs the Jabiru 2200?
Is their any obvious problems that accrue with this airplane?
also is there anyone around Minneapolis, MN area That would be willing to give me a ride to see what the plane is like?
