[Titanaircraft] weldment cracking that holds rudder shaft into boom tube

I found a crack in same place on a thundergull ,at first look like just
crack paint, but cleaning confirmed
problem. I is on the right side , tail boom tube is cracking on edge of
weld. Just thinking of re welding .and keep close watch on this one. Mark
