Re: [Titanaircraft] Yep! Im a newbie...Subaru EA81

Pilotou76,

If your Titan with the Subaru is the one that was for sale recently on the site, I would be very carefull about flight testing. I noticed vg's on the top of the wing, probably to help with expected fast landing speeds, and the big radiator sticking straight up at the back of the wing will certainately cause some some unwanted drag. Also the Jabaru 2200 is about 132lbs, not 180, and the weight of the Subaru will have to include the radiator, hoses and fluids, making 186lbs questionable. If it were mine, I would sell the Subaru and put something lighter on it.

Kess

Hey everyone,

This is the first time that I have ever joined a group, but when it comes to safety, Ill do what it takes and I have read alot of good info here. I have just purchased a 912s that has a Subaru EA81 on it that hasnt been flight tested. I was looking for anybody out there that has any experience with this type of application. Thank you in advance!
