[Titanaircraft] Service Letter- Vertical Tail Surface

I just posted a new service letter to the Files Section of this group.

Thanks to all that were inspecting their planes closely. It is because members of this group discovered a potential problem and responded quickly with photos, that this service letter was published in a timely manner. Thanks to all.

This reminds me, when I was at Titan, we always had difficulty delivering service letters or safety notices to all Titan pilots. People buy and sell airplanes without notifying the factory, so it becomes impossible to locate everyone that needs to read the notice or letter.

Lets try to make sure all Titan owners and pilots get a copy. If someone knows another Titan pilot, please make sure the individual is aware of this service letter and print off a copy if someone has the need.
