[Titanaircraft] Re: weldment cracking that holds rudder shaft into boom tube

You could test the area with the dye penetrant/developer method to
confirm whether it's cracked or not.

If you haven't already done so you might contact the factory and see
what they recommend as a repair to the area after you have confirmed
that it is cracked.
