Ok interesting. The Sonex I've only seen fly from the outside, tho I sat in the one that used to be hangared here (and instantly decided it wasn't for me).

I was kicking the idea of the RV12 around as well, but eventually came to the conclusion I'd get bored with it too soon to risk the investment. I also discovered recently I'm ready to get out of the big RV's like the 6 after about 45 mins to an hour too. So I decided against the 12 as well.

The last few flights I've taken around my area including a trip to Toas and back further convinced me I already have the right plane.

Slight OT, The engine fund is the big detail leftover. I'm considering building that up in Euros to protect against the crappy USD.....
