Re: [Titanaircraft] Re: 912S Carb Deicing - 3300

I didn't get to check it with a low fuel level, but it was trying to head over 1650 FPM at VX with a full fuel tank at 86 degrees outside.

What's it like solo at sea level with about three gallons of fuel in the tank?

LS,

The 3300 is quite a ride. You just have to get used to not being able to see the ground on takeoff without looking behind you. Kind'a like the F-15 takeoff videos you see all the time. :-)

Hi Randy,

So how far along is this SS? I mean, I like to brag about my climb rate with my 912 but this looks like it's just going to be scary in both the up and forward departments with that 3300.......

Be sure and shoot some video once it's up and flying...... .
