With the 20' wing my climb in summer is 550 fpm max, in cooler temps i can get up to 650 fpm.  The cruise at about 5800 rpm is about 90mph.  I would not try to fly 2 up with the 503.  The 583 should give me a 30% increase in power, I am looking forward to it!
