I use the dual caliper from Matco with the standard Titan stock wheel and
axels. After 81 hours on my SS.

Has anyone looked at putting 1.25" axles and wheels with bigger brakes on a
SS. Our brake pads break at the same point in about 40-60 hours of use and
we fly off of a 4400 asphalt strip.

I would like stronger brakes if I need them and I feel that 5/8" axles is
not enough for the SS.
