I just walked into the shop and weighed both a Sensenich 2-blade wood, and the three-blade Warp for the 3300. At 9 lbs. with three blades, the Warp is only 33% heavier than the 6 lb Sensenich with a chunk missing from one blade. Not bad for adding 50% more blades. On the 2200 with the two-blade Warp, the difference is much smaller.

Speaking of the 912 and MOI limits. One interesting factoid about this is in the 912 installation manual, p 121. The max. MOI allowed on the 912 is 6000 kgcm^2, exactly the same limit that's on the 2-stroke C box.....

I don't know if that's purely a CYA move or if it's really legit, but I'd say it should probably be followed.

I just thought it was interesting, especially given that the 912 gearbox is visibly much more heavily built than the C or E box.....

As for the warp drive, I had a long talk with Daryl about this not too long ago when I was debugging my prop harmonic problem. Even with 3 blades, the WD comes in under this MOI limit tho maybe it's close to it. But it doesn't exceed it according to him and I trust his judgement on that of course.

It's definitely heavier than my powerfin 3 blade for sure, but it was also significantly lighter in terms of MOI than my IVO 3 blade medium was....

In 2 blades, it's probably about the same MOI as your standard woody....

We've had two customers that purchased aircraft with wood Sensenich props, and both came apart without warning. Jabirus turn the prop 800 RPM higher than Rotax, which is significant, and something to keep in mind. We worked with Warp Drive to customize the diameter, length and shape of the taper-tip prop to provide the best performance for Jabirus, and they work better than any other prop we've tried.
