Ok thanks for the info guys. I got in there yesterday and was able to see how it's constructed and I snugged them up.

Still learning my way around the plane as I inspect and maintain things, I think something goes into the logbook at least once a week seems like. But I figured it was good to learn about what holds the wing on ;)
