Hi Mark,
Yeah, I made sure of this too. I pulled outward hard on the blades at assembly and then again on each one when setting the pitch.
I also checked the pitch of the blades with a laser pointer to make sure they were the same.
So I'm pretty sure it wasn't the prop.
The last thing I didn't try was removing the extension and bolting directly to the flange. But that puts the prop closer to the plane which you'd think would make it worse. But I may have a go with that one day to see what happens.
