[Titanaircraft] Re: Annual

Don't mean to butt in and Kimberly will probably give you scoop on this, but in case you're in a hurry. And pardon if this has already been covered.

Make sure you find out first thing what type of certification it has (should actually be the first thing you ask after "why are you selling?" ;)). This will clear up the annual question.

If it's an Experimental (and chances are it is):
- ELSA (like Don's II SS) - you can do the annual condition inspection after taking the appropriate 16 hour class. Otherwise, an AnP or someone else with an LSA inspection rating (I believe).
- EAB airplane (Amateur Built, like mine) - only an AnP or the holder of the repairman's cert (usually the original builder) can do the annual CI. The only way you could ever do it yourself is to become an AnP yourself
- any other Experimental certificate like Exhibition, motorglider, etc., run, do not walk, but run away and buy something else ;)

Be sure and ask to see the paperwork if it's not at the airplane (look for AROW)......

Just FYI and again ignore if this is PVC (Previously Viewed Content).
