[Titanaircraft] Who is Kimberly Panos?

Kimberly. Rocky Mountain Kitplanes. I know you. You were at RMK in Feb of 2008 when I picked up 342CM (the yellow S7S). We were there for several days fitting external tanks and waiting for weather. If I'd been 20 years younger I'd have asked you out for dinner; that is until your husband walked in. Nice to know who is behind the emails.

The drained off water also leaves hard water spots where it runs down the fuselage sides, and possbily runs inside the airplane if the firewall isn't sealed well. You also have to remember to fill it nearly every flight if you do a lot of waiting. Anyway, just some thoughts. You may need to consider a larger radiator. The custom radiator builders that build race car and custom car radiators build some nice units that are very effective. When I was working for Rocky Mountain Kitplanes, we ordered some custom radiators for doing 914 installations in the RANS S-7, which worked very well. It's been a few years, so I don't recall exactly which builder it was, but there are many.
