Yes, I have seen it, and actually flown it twice. It handles very nicely. The seller did not build it himself --- he has owned it for a couple of years and planned on flying it as a modified ultralight. With the advent of the LSA, he could no longer pursue that angle, and hasn't flown the plane himself in at least a year.
