[Titanaircraft] Looking for comparable sales of Titan Tornado II's

I am getting ready to make an offer on a 2002 Titan Tornado II, and I am looking for anyone out there who has recently bought or sold a Titan Tornado II. The plane I am considering has a Rotax 912UL with about 120 hours on it (TTAF is 120 hours as well), in-panel comms, transponder, EIS, ASI, ALT, Powerfin 3-blade prop, and BRS. If anyone has any information they would like to share with me regarding things like:

1. Asking price
2. Any price reductions?
3. Time on market
4. Final sale price

I would sure appreciate the help!
