The back seat is the best feature of the SS. It's practically the same amount of room as the front, with a slightly more upright position. In fact, I think the same seats are used in both the front and back.

I actually find the back seat more comfortable than the front because I'm not reclining as much as in the front. Also the rudder pedals are on each side of the front seat leaving more room for the stick.

When JD was transition training me in mine, we were doing about 1200 or so fpm climb with both of us in it. I about 195lbs at the time, JD a little more than that and about 6'2"? (JD correctme if I'm wrong).

Here at my 7000'MSL altitude (northern NM) I got about 400fpm climb once when I took a pax about my size (about 400lbs payload which was about 1050lbs gross). Density altitude was around 8000'MSL at the time.

Mine has the 912ULS on it and has the 26' wing.

So at sea level, I think you'd get pretty decent performance, but I'd recommend the 26' wing and at least the 912uls if you were planning to fly dual a fair bit of the time. I don't think the 2200 would be enough power, but the 3300 would probably be pretty spectacular.
