Just for clarification - the prop failure was not a problem with the prop. The muffler came apart (even with all the safety wires) and went through the prop.
Up until that time the Sensenich Prop worked perfectly. We can prove the muffler was safety wired - on the right side (even number cylinders) you can see the safety wires still attached to a part of the muffler. The muffler came apart at the welds, and dropped through the prop.
We are working on getting it back into the air, and returning the aircraft to it's home field.
