John, it's not an issue with the PTT.  Everything's fine now.  I chalk it up to a slightly low oil level creating higher oil temps which lowered the OP on that flight. After the engine oil cooled down while taxing back to the hangar, everything went back to normal.

OH, forgot....try to see if anything changes when you push to talk no the radio. I sometimes had a problem with my CGT increasing on my glass cockpit. As soon as I realesed it, it went away. That too was intermittant.
