Thanks. That indeed makes simple sense. I'm not an electrical guru by any means. And what I've come across in this plane already (many spade splices) convinces me to go through and redo what was done here by the previous owner. No offense to him I just do not want problems later.

Ken, using only one breaker for multiple uses isn't going to help you down the road in trouble shooting the popped breaker. Hooking everything up to a single breaker will also cause you to lose everything wired to it when trouble hits. I'd suggest you install breakers individually, each with its own required fuse load.

Hey everyone,
Curious how many switched breakers you guys are running. My plane orginally had one 25 amp main. Now I'm adding a radio, gps, intercom , 12v cig power, single landing light, aux heater and facet fuel pump. It came with the EIS using standard 912 engine sensors, fuel sender,and a single strobe. I beleive that's everything. I was considering adding a separate 25 amp switched breaker for the added items. Looking for suggestions. Thanks in advanced.
