> Bob,
> Kimberly said the plane you ferried this summer had a gas strut on the back of the front door and a restraint cable on the front as well. I can't remember who the new owner is, but I'm planning to add a gas strut to mine and I'd like to do the restraint cable too. Does anyone have some insight on the materials, photos, etc of the restraint cable for guidance?

My hangar mate's Titan has a gas strut that looks like an automotive one. It was on the airplane that he just bought. My Thundergull Gull 2000 has a very thin door without the fuselage tubing material that the Titan has, and I can't put one on even though they are way cool.
